MIT – Who are we? Our model agency provides first-class models for advertising and fashion throughout Germany and worldwide. Since the beginning of ’23 we are on location with models in all major cities: Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne/Düsseldorf and Munich. As a model agency, we not only deal with the customer business, but also with becoming a model.

Model scouting (discovering talent) is about finding those who have that special something (mix of looks, attitude, size, appearance, skin, hair and many other features). As in international sports management, it is then a matter of targeted promotion of young talent. As model agents we do our best to prepare our models perfectly and to promote them specifically. Only with first-class management can models achieve the maximum results for our clients during commercial film shoots and photo shoots – win win for models & clients.

On set, a model has only a few hours to deliver a perfect performance. No matter whether it is the fashion show or advertising photography. To perform extremely accurately in this time frame is the special talent of a top model. We find the best talents in Germany and Europe, for you! We take care of travel planning and management as well as the guarantee to have the best of the best on set.

Once a Model New Face is established, it’s on to equally targeted placement.

Here we look in particular for our customers and clients, which model fits which job. For customers, we as a casting agency therefore look in advance, from the various portfolios, the suitable candidates and present them in a short and clear form, digitally or in a personal meeting. Thereupon our customers can decide for their favorite model. No matter what production or fashion show it is about, we will find your model.

The placement of models includes more than just the administration.

Here it is a matter of constant picture material update, high-quality test shootings with photographers or also internal production by our model agency. So our models and customers always have the latest material. So what matters are constant topicality, the optimal representation of the character through the image selection and videos, but also suggesting for jobs. Because models get many castings and offers, to find out the real diamonds, that is the challenge. Just as always building models.
